Last day on this beautiful island before heading back to the snow 🙁
I woke up bright and early, grabbed some coffee and a scone, and sat on the pier to watch the sun rise:
Good morning, Kona!
Wandered around town for the day and grabbed one last shave ice:
Then drove out to the harbor to watch the sun set:
It was cloudy, so I didn’t *actually* get to see it set 🙁
But I did discover the zoom out function on my phone so I shot this “artsy” palm tree 🙂
Something about walking across the tarmac at the Kona Airport to get onto my plane always amuses me!
